Doorly – The Boom Boom Room EP 2 [House]

Print

Doorly takes us back to a different time, with something new.

His new EP “The Boom Boom Room 2” pays homage to the 90’s house movement. This EP is guaranteed to have you movin’ and groovin’ like its 199-something. Recently EDM has shied away from this style, so its refreshing to hear an old school sound in 2013.

The EP is set to release on October 30th, 2013 on Toolroom Records.

Carnage & Tony Junior – Michael Jordan (Original Mix) [Big Room]

Washington, D.C. – Carnage has been promoting this single for weeks; playing it at various shows, posting about it on Social media and even rolling out a parody Jumpman logo with his silhouette instead of Michael Jordan’s.

Yes, its another Big Room house track, but that’s what Carnage is known for too, in addition to “Festival” trap music. As many of you already can tell, Big Room is a sound that almost every producer out there has release or is planning to release. It has taken the scene by storm and artists like Carnage were at the forefront of that with the release of his song along side Borgore, “Incredible” played by artists like Avicii at shows and festivals.

The instrumental was in part mostly produced by Tony Junior, dutch producer and DJ, and Carnage added vocals and completed the rest of the production, as stated by Billboard who recieved exclusive access to the single. Let us know what you think of the track, did it live up to all the hype?

Sohella – America (Original Mix) [House]: Must Have Track

Palm Springs, CA – Lately various producers have been producing house tracks with a big room sound which, sadly, sound almost the same. Following this trend Sohella has also released a big room house track, but its different and best of all — awesome.

When you first listen to the song, you don’t know what to expect with more than one drop, one following into another, but when the bass drop it drops. Sohella, instead of using punchy dutch drums and cliche one word phrases in the track, used a mix-mash of random songs to give the song a unique feel in a time where all big room house songs sound and feel the same. We totally recommend downloading this amazing freebie! \

Washington, D.C.“Toys Are Nuts” was an influential release for the Dutch super duo back in 2006 – so it’s colossal news for the Dance music world to find out that 2013 blasts off with a brand new modification of what’s conclusively advocated as one of the original Dutch singles that helped form the sound that dominates the House music world today.
