Avicii Teams Up With Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply

Washington DC – The DJ/Producer, most commonly known for his world hit “Le7els”, Avicii has teamed up with fashion super power Ralph Lauren to promote the clothing line “Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply”. Avicii created a special mix of his latest promoted single “Silhouettes” to promote the fashion line, having a mock event full of people wearing clothing from Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply. Its not yet known if there will be an audio release of the special mix but, you can buy Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply clothing here.

The clothing line is a bit on the pricey side but, like most Ralph Lauren fashion — its of high quality and quite frankly quite nice. There are seperate clothing lines under Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply, a men’s line and a women’s clothing line.

Miguel Cotto Kicks Off His Tour of Ecko Unlimited Stores in Puerto Rico

Caguas, PR – Boxing legend, Miguel Cotto kicked off his 5- stop tour of Ecko Unlimited stores throughout Puerto Rico yesterday at the Puerto Rico Prime Outlets in Barceloneta with hundreds of fans in attendance. Fans lined up for hour before his arrival anxiously awaiting their chance to meet the former WBA Light Middleweight Champion.

Cotto will be visiting five Ecko Unlimited store locations throughout Puerto Rico beginning with yesterday’s, and continuing Wednesday August 1st and Thursday August 2nd.

The meet and greet gave fans the opportunity to take photos with Cotto and get the athlete to autograph their favorite Cotto merchandise. The entire Miguel Cotto MMA t-shirt collection will be available for purchase before, during and after the tour. The first 100 people in line will receive a free Cotto poster for him to autograph at each store appearance.

Cotto’s tour continues today, Wednesday, August 1st with a meet and greet at the Ecko Unlimited store in Plaza Carolina in San Juan at 1PM to 2PM. The next location will be held from 4PM to 5PM at the Ecko Unlimited in Plaza Del Sol in Bayamon. Cotto’s final appearance will be on Thursday, August 2nd at the Ecko store at Belz Factory Outlet in Canovanas from 1PM – 2PM.

Chino & Nacho Voted Best Dressed Duo at Premios Juventud

Miami, FL – Latin music duo, Chino y Nacho are no strangers to both praise and criticism when it comes to red-carpet fashion, but it seems as though their style evolution has come full circle after being voted by viewers as the “Best Dressed Pair” on the blue carpet at this year’s Premios Juventud awards.

Stepping out in custom-tailored sport coats by designer, Rosita Hurtado, the duo turned heads with the vibrant summer colors which are all the rave this season. Chino donned a bright ocean-blue blazer over a navy blue shirt, complimented by golden-brown trousers. Nacho, looking as dapper as ever with a burnt orange sport coat custom-fit to perfection, over a button-down white shirt, and khaki colored trousers.

The chart-topping duo were all the buzz throughout the night with a mind-blowing performance of their hit Bebe Bonita, as well as lending their talents as co-hosts for the show. Following the live broadcast, viewers took to PremiosJuventud.com to vote on their favorite fashion of the night. Chino y Nacho were announced yesterday as the carpet’s best dressed pair of the evening.

Tiesto Partners Up with Denim Company Guess

Beginning in August, the Limited Edition Tiësto watch by GUESS, a new multi-functional style, will be available worldwide in GUESS stores around the world and also at department and specialty stores. The apparel collection will follow in October for women and men. The 22 piece line is inspired by the growing power of electronic music and the lifestyle surrounding it in today’s pop culture. Included in the offering are skinny-fit jeans for men and women in black and indigo treatments with zipper detailing, graphic print T-shirts reminiscent of the digital light shows and video projections during a Tiësto performance, and leather jackets and coated twill jackets that add an edgy sexiness using moto-jacket details. Kanye’s Nike Air Yeezy II Shoe Will Launch June 9th

 

Los Angeles, CA – The Nike Air Yeezy II, the follow-up to the brand’s 2009 collaborative shoe with rapper/designer Kanye West, will be released June 9 at select retailers worldwide, Nike announced Wednesday.

According to the news release, while the original Yeezy used a late-’80s basketball shoe as its starting point, the II is built on a tennis shoe outsole (the Air Tech Challenge II, to be specific), and the overall silhouette is comparatively slimmer than that of its predecessor. Part of this is thanks to the elimination of unnecessary padding and partly due to the fact that it’s tailored to the shape of Kanye West’s (presumably narrower) foot.

Nike Air Yeezy IIThere are nearly enough animal references in the Air Yeezy II to stock a zoo, including anaconda-textured leather quarter panels and eyelets, a molded area above the heel with raised bumps that resemble the armored underside of a reptile, a bird design on the tongue, and a parade of critter hieroglyphics (spelling out ‘YZY’ we’re told) across the loop strap.

Nike Air Yeezy IIThe limited-edition shoe, with an MSRP of $245, will be released in two colorways — “platinum” (we’re going with “two slightly different shades of gray”) with the sparest of orange accents, and black with accents in pink. Based on the photos we’ve seen, both versions of the shoe have a sole in a shade of minty green.

Daddy Yankee Launches His Own Line Of Watches “Legends Of The Game”

 

Washington DC – Daddy Yankee has teamed up with Azad Watches to create a line of watches part of the “Legend Of The Game” watches by Azad. Many other famous celebrities have created watch lines through Azad like Ice T, Rev. Run and Alex Sensation. Daddy Yankee and his line are set to launch later on this year, with no definite release date yet. The watches consist of a modern and stylish analog clock with a textured leather wrist band. One of the models also has small gems placed along the edges of the main part of the watch. There is still no retail value for this watch but Azad watches are not cheap, the watches can retail from $900 to upwards of $2000 or more depending on the model. More information about this watch line will soon be available to the general public,  stay tuned for more information as it comes.

Don Omar Is Now A Hugo Boss Model In Europe

Washington D.C. – Don Omar who has produced successful international singles like “Danza Kuduro” and “Taboo” has landed a deal with Hugo Boss. The prestigious German clothing brand Hugo Boss, selected Don Omar to be the model for their spring collection of BOSS Orange. Due to Don Omar’s popularity in Europe, the fashion company chose him for their campaign in that region. Don Omar announced this through his official twitter account, writing: “Thanks to the friends of HUGO BOSS ORANGE EUROPE for choosing me to be model of its new spring line.” The style of this line is stands out as casual, with an individual sense of fashion. Take A Look At The Hundred’s & Casio’s New G-Shock Watch

Washington DC – A LA-based lifestyle brand, The Hundreds, has teamed up with Casio for an exciting G-Shock offering in the form of the GW 5610. In a theme similar to the yin and yang, the watch features a white strap and contrasting black bezel and negative display. This new product was first spotted at Berlin’s ‘The Bright’ trade show and word has it being released in either March or April 2012.
