Fairfax, VA – Being from the Washington, DC metro area, the birthplace of moombahton, I can’t help to get excited for new Moombah- tracks and Dillon’s new collab is no exception.
“I’m The One” is a collaboration between Dubstep heavyweight, Flux Pavilion, and Moombahton Embassador Dillon “Where’s my Dad?” Francis. What makes this collaboration great, besides the fact that it is Moombah, is that both producers’ styles aren’t overpowered by one another. Listening to the track you can hear some Flux and some Dillon (classic Dillon by the way) in there which is nice.
Wondering why it sounds like “Classic Dillon Francis”? Well it was made over a year ago, but is finally being released on Flux’s upcoming EP.

The young 21 year old has worked on previous Corillo Magazine projects like the first volume of MMBTN, a moombahton mixtape hosted by DJ Blass, and has now released a grimey and dark moombahcore track that is surprisingly still danceable. The second freebie released by De Oro is his electro house bootleg to Fat Boy Slim’s “Star 69” . The bootleg is crazy; a high energy intense electro house track with a surprising amount of bass. Dillon Francis has released his remix to Passion Pit’s single “Carried Away” like his remix to Justin Timberlake’s “Suite & Tie” for free, yes as in no charge. Dillon calls his remix “moombahton on acid”, which is a pretty accurate definition of what the song sounds like, it takes you away. The song is similar to Dillon’s laid back feel moombahton released in the past with a high energy dance feel to it.
