Steve Aoki – It’s The End Of The World As We Know It EP (2012): OUT NOW!

Washington, D.C. – Steve Aoki releases his new EP under Dim Mak Records titled, “It’s The End Of The World As We Know It“. The first track on the EP, “Singularity” features Angger Dimmas and vocals by My Name Is Kay creating a hard hitting high-energy electro track with some dutch house elements. “Omega”, the second track on the EP, is a gritty electro house track that is bound to be a crowd please in Steve’s sets in 2013 (If we make it that). The third and final track on the EP is, “Transcend”, a track with an 8-Bit like sound to the intro that drops into a progressive house beat.

Cool Product of the Week #4: “Emergency Break Glass” Piggy Bank

Washington, D.C. – In this economy, we’ve all had some level of a financial squeeze; whether it be cutting down on shopping or more serious matters. Sometimes we’ve had to tap into that savings account we thought we wouldn’t touch or crack open that piggy bank we put our change in at the end of the day. This product does just that, in a somewhat comical way.

This piggy bank plays on the whole “Emergency funds” aspect of the traditional piggy bank. The “Incase of Emergency” money box can be placed on a flat surface, like a desk or table, or be wall mounted for an added effect (wall mounting equipment included). The only thing the box doesn’t include, besides the money, is a mini hammer to help break the glass.

The box sells for $15.00 USD and ships within two weeks of its purchase since its produced in small numbers. You can purchase your’s here.

Daddy Yankee Will Premiere His Music Video “Perros Salvajes” Tomorrow

Miami, FL – Since the start of his career, Daddy Yankee has always strived to maintain a connection with his core fanbase, the ones from the streets, the underground movement and with them in mind came the inspiration for Perros Salvajes, a song for those who love pure reggaetón.

This Thursday December 6th, the music video will be premiered on his official YouTube channel, daddyyankeeofftv. The video directed by Carlos Martin of Digi Films, shows a raw look into the roots of this genre.

“I decided to make a video for “Perros Salvajes” for all those who love the urban genre as much as I do. With all my albums, in addition to doing videos for the singles, I also do videos for the most “street” songs so as to keep connected with the underground movement. I love this song, it’s got a unique vibe, from the moment you first hear the song you can identify it by it’s catchy rhythm.” explains the artist.

The director mentions that in the music video for Perros Salvajes, you can see the energy, dance, and animation combined with 3D effects.

“Perros Salvajes” is a song with all the musical elements to become a instant favorite. You can watch the trailer of the music video here.
