Sebjak and Tony Senghore bring a little Latin/Caribbean funk with their remix of “United Kids of The World” It starts off a little slow but, I promise it gets better. The two producers dusted off their Moombah/Reggaeton sound library and put it to good use on this one — a refreshing break from the Big Room Remix mediocracy out there.

Wildstylez & Noisecontroller – Cats, Jets and Breaks [Hardstyle]
Starts off innocently enough, with strings and a nice smooth pad to start things off but, quickly drops into a nice Hardstyle bass line. What I personally really enjoyed about this track is the transition at 2:05, Noisecontrollers and Wildstylez did a pretty good job on this track. The sense of grandeur with the smooth pads and strings with the Hard and Bassy kicks create a “Festival level” type Hardstyle tune.

Review: D-Block & S-te-Fan & Isaac Ft. Chris Madin – Alive [Single]
Featured on Corillo Commute Episode #12
Drop:
No watered down kicks here! DBSTF and Isaac bring a nice Hardstyle kick that really makes the drop pretty awesome. The heavy kick is pretty well contrasted with an upbeat melody and vocals which create a ‘feel good’ vibe to it.
Vocals:
Chris Madin’s vocal combined with the calm and almost Progressive House styled intro to create a great feel. I have a feeling that this track may become a summer anthem this year.
Originality:
It’s not watered down Hardstyle and it’s not a woodblock Big Room track so we give it a thumbs up in this category.
Sound Quality:
The vocals, the melody and the kick on this track all sound great. Nothing is out of place and it’s pretty balanced. As previously stated, the heavy kick is contrasted well by other aspects of the song which really balance it out. It’s a good track to introduce n00bs to; its not too Hard for a House fan but, Progressive enough to where someone isn’t completely alienated by the track.
Worth The Buy:
Yes! Especially since Hardstyle is on the rise, it’s great track to ease your way into the genre. Purchase it on iTunes today!
4/5 Stars
Music Video:
Steve Aoki Ft. Steve Bays, Diplo & Deorro – Freak: OUT NOW
Another hit by Aoki, Diplo, Deorro and Steve Bays in the track which is infused with electro-house. Lots of ups and downs as you would expect from Steve Aoki and Diplo for sure. Also its not a bad look to through in a Dutch producer like Deorro in the mix as well to really elevate your mind to another dimension. Found this song on SoundCloud.com which never fails to give fans what their hearts oh so desire. Of course you can follow all these major artist on social media and keep returning back to Corillo Magazine for the latest news and music worldwide, till next time Mike Barlo Electronic Guru signing off.

Shakira Ft. Rihanna – Can’t Remember To Forget You (Fedde Le Grand Remix): OUT NOW
The shear energy Feede La Grand put into this remix is ridiculous. Verses get a dutch house percussion but, when the drop comes around it is full Electro with some Big Room elements which creates a great sound.
Benasis – Atom Bomb [Freebie/Trap/Dubstep]: MUST HAVE
This track caught me off guard, I honestly thought it was going to drop into some mediocre Big Room but, was surprised to hear a gritty dark synth with an 808 kick following it — sounds great! By the way, it’s a freebie so get it today!
