Other talented producers nominated for the Billboard Award included Julión Alvarez, Sergio George, and Fernando Camacho Tirado. However, as the winners take home the award for the first time they confess that it was a very exciting moment for them as they have never been honored at such a high level in their professional music career. The nomination alone was an accomplishment for A&X and state:
“We never imagined ourselves with such a significant title as producer of the year and it is truly an honor to be recognized by the industry, honestly we already felt like a winner with the nomination alone”.
As the two renowned producers continue to work side-by-side plotting for their next big success, Billboard Magazine has also placed these two young men as the main music producers that are consuming the Latin world by ranking them at #5 out of the 10 most outstanding producers worldwide.
