Washington, D.C. – Last week we had the chance to attend the Premios Juventud VIP Tour 2013 show, a private event held ahead of the award show ceremony, where Puerto Rican singer, Tito El Bambino, performed. The event was held at The Belasco Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, CA presented by Univision and Dr. Pepper.
