Washington, D.C. – The Brooklyn born and raised EDM producer, David Hearbreak, has released his new EP titled The Foundation. The EP is heavily influenced off the island genre of Reggae, creating a chill, laid back and surprisingly interesting final product with a wide variety of tracks based off a single genre.
