Washington, D.C. – Film District, same company behind movies like “Looper” and “Soul Surfer“, has created a new movie, “Dead Man Down” starring Colin Farrell as Victor and Terrence Howard as Alphonse Hoyt. The movie is scheduled to release on March 8th, 2013.
