Farruko MMG Latino MML

Ever since Rick Ross named a new president to his Spanish division of Maybach Music, Spiff, Maybach Music Latino (MML) has started to work with relevant Latin urban artists. Previously, we reported that Jory, former member of duo Nova & Jory, was working with MML. Now, Farruko is working with them. As seen in the picture above, Farruko is accompanied by Gucci Pucci, his manager and Spiff (from left to right) during a MML dinner meeting.

We expect a cross-over mixtape or collaborations later this year.

A few weeks ago, a new president of MMG Latino, the spanish division of Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group, was announced. Spiff, music video director, took over the failed division and said he had big plans for MML. If this is the first you’ve heard of MML, that’s no surprise. Previously it was mostly just Spanish rap but, now Spiff has plans to work with both prominent Latin and American urban artists. He has coordinated various “Spanish remixes” in the past like the De La Ghetto “B*tches and Bottles” remix, now he is working on original projects under MML.

Most recently, Spiff has started work with more Reggaeton artists. Jory, now a solo artists formally part of the duo Nova & Jory, is one of those artists working with Spiff. We have reached out to Spiff and MML for further details.

Franco “El Gorilla” Previews His Wisin “Beef” Track

Franco El Gorilla Wisin Tiraera

Puerto Rican Reggaeton artist, Franco “El Gorilla” has recently dropped a snippet of his upcoming song “Nunca Existio Tal Sobreviviente”

This comes after he sided with Arcangel over another “Beef” or “Tiraera” track, “Feliz Navidad 5” where Arcangel calls out Wisin. Like many before him, Jayko and Tico, Franco has taken to the recording studio to address his grievances against Wisin & Yandel, in this case specifically Wisin. The “Tiraera”, or lyrical “war”, comes at a time where both Wisin and Yandel, who have recently re-launched their solo careers, are working on promoting their respective albums.

We highly doubt Wisin will respond with another “tiraera” track, which is customary in Reggaeton, because of the controls he is currently under with an upcoming album in the works.

What do you guys think of the Arcangel-Franco beef against Wisin? Let us know below.
