Must Have Watches For This Fall 2012

Washington DC – This fall, like any season, a good watch makes an amazing accessory for just about any occasion whether it be formal or casual — a watch can make your outfit even better.

Fall is when the leaves begin to fall and the temperature follows. The season calls for a balance between warm and lively colors kind of like Spring fashion but with more warm overtones. Think colorful sepia when shopping, if that makes sense. Mix browns and tans colors with light lively colors to create the ideal fall outfit. Avicii Teams Up With Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply

Washington DC – The DJ/Producer, most commonly known for his world hit “Le7els”, Avicii has teamed up with fashion super power Ralph Lauren to promote the clothing line “Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply”. Avicii created a special mix of his latest promoted single “Silhouettes” to promote the fashion line, having a mock event full of people wearing clothing from Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply. Its not yet known if there will be an audio release of the special mix but, you can buy Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply clothing here.

The clothing line is a bit on the pricey side but, like most Ralph Lauren fashion — its of high quality and quite frankly quite nice. There are seperate clothing lines under Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply, a men’s line and a women’s clothing line.

Miguel Cotto Kicks Off His Tour of Ecko Unlimited Stores in Puerto Rico

Caguas, PR – Boxing legend, Miguel Cotto kicked off his 5- stop tour of Ecko Unlimited stores throughout Puerto Rico yesterday at the Puerto Rico Prime Outlets in Barceloneta with hundreds of fans in attendance. Fans lined up for hour before his arrival anxiously awaiting their chance to meet the former WBA Light Middleweight Champion.

Cotto will be visiting five Ecko Unlimited store locations throughout Puerto Rico beginning with yesterday’s, and continuing Wednesday August 1st and Thursday August 2nd.

The meet and greet gave fans the opportunity to take photos with Cotto and get the athlete to autograph their favorite Cotto merchandise. The entire Miguel Cotto MMA t-shirt collection will be available for purchase before, during and after the tour. The first 100 people in line will receive a free Cotto poster for him to autograph at each store appearance.

Cotto’s tour continues today, Wednesday, August 1st with a meet and greet at the Ecko Unlimited store in Plaza Carolina in San Juan at 1PM to 2PM. The next location will be held from 4PM to 5PM at the Ecko Unlimited in Plaza Del Sol in Bayamon. Cotto’s final appearance will be on Thursday, August 2nd at the Ecko store at Belz Factory Outlet in Canovanas from 1PM – 2PM.

Tiesto Partners Up with Denim Company Guess

Kanye’s Nike Air Yeezy II Shoe Will Launch June 9th

 

Los Angeles, CA – The Nike Air Yeezy II, the follow-up to the brand’s 2009 collaborative shoe with rapper/designer Kanye West, will be released June 9 at select retailers worldwide, Nike announced Wednesday.

According to the news release, while the original Yeezy used a late-’80s basketball shoe as its starting point, the II is built on a tennis shoe outsole (the Air Tech Challenge II, to be specific), and the overall silhouette is comparatively slimmer than that of its predecessor. Part of this is thanks to the elimination of unnecessary padding and partly due to the fact that it’s tailored to the shape of Kanye West’s (presumably narrower) foot.

Nike Air Yeezy IIThere are nearly enough animal references in the Air Yeezy II to stock a zoo, including anaconda-textured leather quarter panels and eyelets, a molded area above the heel with raised bumps that resemble the armored underside of a reptile, a bird design on the tongue, and a parade of critter hieroglyphics (spelling out ‘YZY’ we’re told) across the loop strap.

Nike Air Yeezy IIThe limited-edition shoe, with an MSRP of $245, will be released in two colorways — “platinum” (we’re going with “two slightly different shades of gray”) with the sparest of orange accents, and black with accents in pink. Based on the photos we’ve seen, both versions of the shoe have a sole in a shade of minty green.
